Health & Wellness
As a leading non-profit with a focus on healthy living, we provide our members with a supportive and motivating community with the programs and resources needed to achieve greater health and well-being.
Enrichment & Community Offerings
To bring about meaningful change, individuals need ongoing and encouragement and tools. At The Granite YMCA, we offer training, resources, and support to empower our neighbors to make change, bridge gaps, and overcome obstacles. We are proud to offer enrichment programs to help strengthen the communities we serve.
Teens
The Y’s Center for Teen Leadership at the YMCA of Downtown Manchester and the YMCA Allard Center of Goffstown supports youth development by providing services and opportunities to support all young people in developing a sense of competence, usefulness, belonging and empowerment to help them grow into happy and healthy adults.
Family Strengthening
Serving families has always been at the heart of the Y. We are a place they can find respite from social, economic and educational challenges, and learn how to overcome them. We desire for every family to build stronger bonds, achieve a greater work/life balance, and become more engaged with each other and within the community.
Youth
We believe the values and skills learned early on are vital building blocks for life. Because of The Granite YMCA, more young people in communities across New Hampshire are taking a greater interest in learning and making smarter life choices. At the Y, children and teens learn values and positive behaviors, and can explore their unique talents and interests, helping them realize their potential. That makes for confident kids today and contributing and engaged adults tomorrow.
Adult
The Y isn’t just for kids! Sports, fun and exploring new interests aren't just for the young. Along with improving health, whenever teamwork is involved, there's the added benefit of being connected to others. That's why you'll find a range of recreational activities at the Y.
