Have the Summer of a Lifetime

Summer 2025, here we come! Overnight camp registration is now open for returning families. Overnight camp registration will open for new families on December 1, 2024.

For over 100 years, YMCA Camp Foss (traditionally a girl’s camp) and YMCA Camp Mi-Te-Na (traditionally a boy’s camp) have celebrated every campfire, lake swim, and ropes course challenge – providing the perfect summer escape for youth ages 7 – 15. With one- and two-week options to choose from throughout the summer, campers experience the right combination of adventure and peace, the joy of embracing the simple pleasures of nature while meeting new friends and reconnecting with old, and discovering that home away from home where they can be themselves and experience the summer of a lifetime.

We recognize that not all camper’s gender identities fall within the binary, and we happily welcome your child at the camp that would make them most comfortable.

Located on the shores of Halfmoon Lake in Alton, NH, campers (7 – 15) enjoy a variety of activities such as boating, tubing, tomahawk throwing, archery, creative arts, high & low ropes course, sports field activities and more!

Financial Assistance

The Granite YMCA strives to make camp available to all campers and families, regardless of financial means. We are pleased to offer financial support, which is made possible by generous contributions, grantors, and donors to our annual campaign. In addition to financial assistance, we are more than happy to set up a payment plan that works best for your family in an effort to make the overnight camp experience a real possibility. Through our scholarship program, we provide the same camp experience for all campers regardless of socio-economic status. We look forward to seeing your child at camp this summer!
