Granite YMCA’s Early Learning Centers provide a secure environment for infants to kindergarteners, focusing on holistic child development. Our early learning center offers dedicated staff, age-appropriate curriculum, and diverse activities that prioritize foundational skills, social development, imaginative play, and motor skills for an adventurous learning journey. Additionally, we provide early childhood education programs to enhance your child’s growth.

    Infant - Toddler

    6 Weeks - 36 Months

    At the Y, an early learning center, we know a child’s first classroom experience will help to mold their future academic success. Our dedicated teaching teams at our early childhood center work hard to spark every child’s love of learning each and every day.

    Within our nurturing infant and toddler classrooms, children experience an array of developmentally appropriate activities such as role modeling positive social relationships, honing fine and gross motor skills, and an introduction to

    Preschool Program

    3 - 4 Years

    Discover the magic of the YMCA’s Preschool Program, an early learning academy, where families find a world of wonder waiting for their little ones. In our vibrant learning environment, children don’t just grow; they thrive.

    Kids will enjoy moving their bodies, gaining new knowledge and skills, exploring nature, and creating lasting friendships and memories.

    Pre-K Program

    4 - 5 Years

    Ready to find preschool programs near me? Look no furthe then the Granite YMCA! Designed to ignite the love of learning, the Y’s Pre-K Program is a fun and exciting way to introduce your child to school!

    Our friendly child care staff will focus on a range of activities that awaken young minds and inspire their curiosity, all while in a fun and safe environment.

    Kindergarten Programs

    5+ Years

    We offer part-time and full-time kindergarten options at the Y, as well as kindergarten wrap around programs with transportation to and from select schools.

    Our childcare services staff strives to provide a caring and fun environment that encourages children’s natural curiosity and expression. In our kindergarten programs and pre-K programs, we focus on not only academics, but also physical fitness and outdoor play, creative arts, STEM activities, and more.
