The Granite YMCA’s Work at Wellness program is a partnership with local businesses to help improve the overall health and well-being of employees. A healthy workplace leads to decreased turnover, increased productivity and morale, decreased absenteeism, and reduced healthcare costs. Healthy and happy employees create successful organizations leading to stronger communities.
Collaborating with the Y provides you with the support and services to help make your employees healthier, happier, and more productive. We have a variety of wellness programs and classes offered at five different locations throughout New Hampshire, and our professional wellness staff will even deliver programs directly to your business.

Health Insurance Reimbursement
Many insurance carriers provide full or partial reimbursement for wellness programs. The Granite YMCA proudly partners with many local carriers including: Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Cigna and Harvard Pilgrim Health Care among others.
