On Tuesday, March 17 from 5:30 – 6:30 pm, join our Operations Director, Katie Welch, at The YMCA of Downtown Manchester as she faces the fire! An avid hot sauce and hot pepper lover, Katie will consume progressively hotter hot sauces from a variety of local and national brands.
One level hotter for every $100 raised for our Community Campaign.
You can participate in two ways:
Cheer from the Sidelines.
Donate any amount to sponsor Katie and watch the heat unfold. Can’t make it in? No worries! Tune in to our Facebook during the event for a live-stream.
Take the Heat Yourself.
For a $50 donation, join Katie at the event and sample as many hot sauces as you dare. Sauces will be served with breaded or grilled chicken (meatless option available upon request).
