Super Sampler Saturday

Experience a fun blend of group exercise classes for a total body workout. This super sampler will feature some of your favorite classes and take place in Studio A at the YMCA Allard Center of Goffstown. This is a FREE event open to members and non members! No registration required.

8:05 – 8:30 am: Zumba® with Marianela, Niki & Tiffany
8:35 – 9:00 am: PilatesFusion with Lara
9:05 – 9:30 am: Shine & Barre with Lynne
9:35 – 10:00 am: Strength, Mobility & Stretch with Joey
