AQUATICS PROGRAMS

Make a Splash at the YMCA

Over one million children are taught water safety and swimming skills each year. Teaching children and adults how to swim and water safety is one of the most important life skills that the YMCA can provide to save lives and create awareness while building confidence and character. We strive to make aquatics part of your fitness routine by offering various FREE activities for members like lap swim, open swim, and group classes. Additional programs are available for all ages and levels such as swim lessons, swim team, Adult Competitive Swim Club, Masters Swimming, and more!

Rolling program registration is here! No more waiting for new sessions to start every two months–just sign up and stay with us for as long as you want.

Financial Assistance

At The Granite YMCA, we believe the inability to pay should not be a barrier to accessing lifesaving water safety programs such as swim lessons, the Y’s Safety Around Water Program, and lifeguarding trainings. We are proud to offer financial assistance and program discounts to those who qualify, as well as free or low-cost lifeguard certification courses.
