SWIM BASICS
3 - 15 Years
YMCA kid’s swimming lessons are designed to teach children personal water safety and achieve basic swimming competency. By the end of this YMCA swim lesson, children will be able to perform essential safety skills such as the “swim, float, swim” sequence and the “jump, push, turn, grab” technique.
