Catch the Wave Into Summer! 2026 day camp registration is now open for returning families and Y members! Registration will open for non members on February 4 at 10:00 am.

Located at Windham Middle School in Windham, NH, Windham Explorers provides campers with a safe and enriching environment in both indoor and outdoor spaces. This camp challenges campers to step out of their comfort zone to learn, grow, and have fun while participating in a variety of games and activities. Our weekly camp themes add to the excitement of camp!

Windham Explorers Camp

Entering 1st - 8th Grade

Windham Explorers is a STEAM-based camp that provides campers a safe and enriching environment with both indoor and outdoor spaces and activities. Windham Explorers fosters an environment that challenges campers to step out of their comfort zone to learn, grow, and have fun while participating in games and activities like our annual Gold Hunt, knitting and crocheting, smoothies, DIY playdoh, cartography skills, various Lego challenges, and so many more!

MEET THE STAFF

Jon Buck

Operations Director

Jon joined the YMCA of Greater Londonderry in 2022 as the Director of Camp and Youth Development. Jon loves to connect with the community and from a young age has been involved with recreational summer camp, youth group, marching band, and Boy Scouts. As an adult, he volunteered his time as his neighborhood’s HOA President for many years. Jon enjoys creating the best experience for children and hopes that every camper and staff member leaves camp with many happy, lifelong memories.
