Summer Stories Are Made at the Y

Catch the Wave Into Summer! 2026 day camp registration is now open for returning families and Y members! Registration will open for non members on February 5 at 10:00 am.

Concord Day Camp offers an enriching full summer day camp experience. This is where children build self-confidence, make friends, and create memories. Each camper will have the opportunity to swim at the YMCA of Concord, take field trips to state parks, explore nature on local hikes, and so much more.

For SUN, FUN & FRIENDSHIP

The YMCA of Concord offers a variety of day camp activities in our traditional camp for children ages 6 – 12, specialty camps for ages 8 – 12, and leadership camps for teens ages 13 – 16. Learn about all of our camp offerings below!

  • Concord Day Camp

    Entering 1st - 7th Grade

    Concord Day Camp offers an enriching full summer day camp experience. This is where children build self-confidence, make friends and create memories. Each camper will have the opportunity to swim at local and Granite YMCA pools, as well as take field trips to state parks. This is a state licensed exempt program.

  • Specialty Camps

    Entering 3rd - 6th Grade

    Specialty camps offer unique experiences focused on specific interests such as sports, cooking, or Pokémon, giving a chance to improve their skills and try new things. A typical day starts off specialty activities, followed by lunch and additional activities like swimming, structured games, and more.

  • Leader In Training (LIT)

    Entering 8th - 9th Grade

    The Leader In Training program is a blended, two-week camp experience for teens. This opportunity will introduce teens to the Y leadership philosophy, facilitating character development, learning to build and lead activities, as well as give them time to enjoy being a camper. Teens who register for Concord Day Camp will be asked to complete an application and interview process to demonstrate their readiness and excitement for the program.

  • Counselor In Training (CIT)

    Entering 10th - 11th Grade

    This program is perfect for teens who are looking for leadership training and hands on experience this summer! This program is designed to provide teens with the opportunity to take on new challenges and responsibilities in a camp setting, as well as develop leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.
