Happy Planksgiving! Get ready to strengthen your core and have some fun with our Planksgiving Fitness Challenge! Each day, you’ll be challenged to hold a plank, but don’t worry, we’re keeping things interesting with new variations daily.
Check out our Planksgiving Challenge Board in the Wellness Center featuring 27 hidden “blocks.” Every day, we’ll reveal a new block with a QR code linking to that day’s quick instructional video. Scan the code, follow along, and master a new plank style!
Can’t make it to the Y? No problem! Access each day’s video below and stay on track from home. Grab a score card at the Welcome Center and see if you can complete all 27 days of Planksgiving!

- Forearm Plank: Day 1 (20 seconds X 2) and Day 14 (30 seconds X 2)

- Forearm Body Saw Plank – Day 4 (20 seconds X 2) and Day 17 (30 seconds X 2)
