12 Days of Fitness
4 WEEK FITNESS CHALLENGE FOR A BETTER YOU
This holiday season, we challenge YOU to complete the 12 Days of Fitness. Members may enter by completing the activities listed below and filling out a punch card during the challenge dates. If you complete all 12 activities, you will receive a YMCA themed prize!
• 500 meter row on Concept 2 Rower
• Walk or run 2 miles on the treadmill
• Complete a max plank hold
• Complete a max wall sit
• Participate in a group exercise class
• Complete max push ups in 1 minute
• Complete a wellness staff guided warm up before a workout
• Complete 10 minutes of focused stretching
• 60 continuous seconds on the battle ropes
• Max hollow body hold
• Play pickleball or basketball
• Go for a swim or use the sauna
