Players begin by developing a strong athletic foundation before progressing into tennis-specific training that supports growth through the three key stages of youth tennis development: the red ball phase, orange ball phase, and green ball phase.

Youth tennis classes and YMCA tennis lessons range from weekly instruction to high school tennis training sessions, junior match play, competitive programs, and tournament training opportunities designed to help players continue improving their skills and confidence on the court.

    10 Years – 18 Years

Our Tournament Training program is designed for junior tennis players actively pursuing year-round competition and sanctioned tournament participation. Along with on-court instruction and workouts, players are introduced to off-court sport science topics that support overall athletic development.

Created for juniors preparing to compete in USTA events, this advanced tennis training program covers many of the same techniques and routines used in top junior programs across the country. Players work on dynamic warm-ups, technique, drilling, visualization, footwork, workouts, stretching, mental exercises, and match play to strengthen performance during competition.
