Parent / Child Classes
12 Months – 3 Years
Parent/Child classes are an exciting way for toddlers to develop basic tumbling and motor skills with the help of an adult. Vibrant obstacle courses, upbeat music, singing, circle time, and props are used to help develop gross motor skills, and build the ability to follow instructions. Children also learn body awareness, locomotive, and balancing skills.

Youth Classes
4 Years – 6 Years
Preschool gymnastics programs are designed to introduce children to the basics of gymnastics in a fun and supportive environment by utilizing all of the gymnastics equipment. Programs start at 4 years old which graduates youth participants out of parent/child classes and into group instruction-styled classes.

*Participants must be evaluated by the Gymnastics Director for approval to register for this class.

Ninja Classes
4 Years – 14 Years
Ninja Gymnastics classes teach children coordination, flexibility, strength, and confidence. Using the Gymnastics 2 Ninja system, warrior obstacles, and the tumble track and pit, youth can experience their own version of American Ninja Warrior. These programs explore gymnastics and Ninja all rolled into one program.

Girls Gymnastics Levels 1 - 5
6 Years – 14 Years
This next level of youth gymnastics offers five levels of gymnastics combining discipline, fitness, and mastering skill sets on the beam, bars, vault, and floor.

- Girls Gymnastics Level 2 (6 – 13 Years)
- Girls Gymnastics Level 3, 4 & 5 (6 – 14 Years)

Middle School & High School Gymnastics
12 Years – 18 Years
Fun and social classes for gymnasts of all skill levels. These classes focus on physical activity, strength, coordination, flexibility, and goal setting. Our High School Gymnastics Practice helps prepare high school-aged gymnasts to get ready for the high school gymnastics season. Participants will work on endurance, strength, flexibility, and skills during a 2.5-hour practice.

Developmental
5 Years – 16 Years
Developmental gymnastics classes prepare and teach gymnasts the skills to get them ready for the competitive gymnastics team in the future. Participants must have the director’s approval to register for these classes.

GIRLS COMPETITIVE TEAM
6 Years – 18 Years
The gymnastics competitive season runs September to June. The team works out three times a week with competitions on the weekends starting mid-October to May. Competitive team practices focus on skills, strength, and flexibility to grow the gymnast in many ways over the season.
- Levels 3-4 (6 – 15 Years)
- Levels 5-6 and Excel Gold (10 – 18 Years)
- Levels 7-9 and Xcel Platinum (12 – 18 Years)

Adaptive Gymnastics
1 Year – 18+ Years
Adaptive gymnastics classes are available for all ages. This class is specifically designed for those with different abilities and needs. It focuses on flexibility, gross motor skills, strength and basic gymnastics skills. Participants will learn at their own pace while exploring the many aspects of the gymnastics center.
- Youth Adaptive Gymnastics (1 – 16 Years)
