Posted 10/24/2022

Manchester, New Hampshire (October 24, 2022): The Granite YMCA proudly welcomes Elizabeth Pinard, Human Resources Director, to The Granite YMCA. Pinard is from the Manchester area and brings 11 years of experience in the Human Resources field with a specialty in employee relations, onboarding, employment law, management, talent acquisition, and obtained her Master’s degree in Human Resources and Employee Relations from Penn State University as well as her certification as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional.

Prior to joining The Granite YMCA, Pinard started her HR career with Delta Management Associates where she was part of a team that designed a talent management program to include recruitment initiatives and performance management systems.

For the last six years, she has worked with Southern New Hampshire University as Senior Human Resources Business Partner. In this role she has provided employee relations support to managers, served as the HR liaison to SNHU Operations Diversity Council and Restorative Justice Committee, worked with the Talent Acquisition team in the recruiting/onboarding process, and developed continuous improvements to HR processes.

“I am excited to bring my passion and dedication for people centered engagement, diversity, organizational planning and partnership to the YMCA,” said Elizabeth Pinard, Human Resources Director.
