Wellness Tips
Wellness is much more than being physically active. The Global Wellness Institute defines wellness as "the active pursuit of activities, choices and lifestyles that lead to a state of holistic health". With everything that is going on in the world, we want to remind you to take care of yourself and those around you. Below is a list of tips and resources to help you stay well.

Go Outside: It's okay, and highly encouraged, to go outdoors and get some fresh air. There is nothing wrong with going for a walk, run or hike as long as you follow the CDC's social distancing guidelines. Plus, absorbing vitamin D from the sun is a great way to boost your mood and immune system!
Eat Well

Keep a Balanced Diet: Nutrition does not have to go out the window just because we are self-isolating! There are plenty of simple ways to use the foods you have stockpiled in preparation.
