Virtual Wellness is now exclusive! All virtual wellness programs (held on Zoom and Facebook Live) are available to The Granite YMCA members only. To help keep our members active and engaged at home, we have created weekly virtual activity schedules! We will release new schedules each week on Facebook and through email which may include LIVE workouts through Facebook and Zoom, activities for all ages, support groups and more.
