Stay Active at Home

Virtual Wellness is going exclusive! All virtual wellness programs (held on Zoom and Facebook Live) are available to The Granite YMCA members only. To help keep our members active and engaged at home, we have created weekly virtual activity schedules! We will release new schedules each week on Facebook and through email which may include LIVE workouts through Facebook and Zoom, activities for all ages, support groups and more.

Members may access our weekly interactive virtual wellness calendars:

  • By clicking on the above image or by downloading the interactive PDF.
  • On our members only Facebook group "Granite Y Virtual Wellness".
  • Through email communication on Sunday mornings.
    • If you previously unsubscribed and would like to resume email communication from The Granite YMCA, please either:
      • Click here and fill out the form to resubscribe.
      • Email info@graniteymca.org with the email address that you would like to re-subscribe. We will manually adjust your subscription, which may require additional approval.

Pilates Fusion Workout with Katie


Improve your strength and flexibility with Katie from the YMCA Allard Center of Goffstown during this Pilates Fusion workout! No equipment is required. When you're ready, just grab some water, kick your shoes off and meet her on your mat!

Tabata Style Workout with Matt
