Stay Active at Home

While The Granite YMCA is re-opening, we know many of your are still missing your favorite group exercise classes and instructors. To help you stay healthy and active at home, we have put together a collection of videos - some with familiar faces! Videos include soothing yoga classes, fun activities for kids, intense bootcamp routines and more. As always, please be careful while performing these workouts. We will release new schedules each week which may include LIVE workouts through Facebook and Zoom, activities for all ages, support groups and more. Facebook Live classes are open enrollment, so there is no need to sign up in advance! Just visit our corresponding Facebook page at the time listed on the schedule.
