Programs Overview

The Granite YMCA offers a wide variety of fun and enriching programs and classes designed to help every member of the family develop and maintain an active and healthy lifestyle. With more than 100 classes to choose from each week, there's sure to be something for everyone at the Y!

We believe the values and skills learned early on are vital building blocks for life. Because of The Granite YMCA, more young people in communities across New Hampshire are taking a greater interest in learning and making smarter life choices. At the Y, children and teens learn values and positive behaviors, and can explore their unique talents and interests, helping them realize their potential. That makes for confident kids today and contributing and engaged adults tomorrow.

  • YOUTH AQUATICS

You will also see some changes in our Open Swim Policies with regards to adult supervision of non-swimmers on the pool deck on or in the water. Please take a moment to review our new policies and frequently asked questions.

In addition to intensive on-court instruction and workouts, off-court sport science topics will be introduced and discussed.
